​I’m Michael Wesley, and I’m sharing my passion for food - and especially for handcrafted, smoked BBQ - with everyone in central Maryland, northern Virginia, and West Virginia's eastern panhandle.
My roots are in St. Louis, and in St. Louis we know our BBQ. With a top-of-the-line Myron Mixon smoker on a gleaming new, fully-equipped kitchen and trailer, we’re ready to serve up some awesome Q for you!
